About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and service-minded Front of House Manager to join us at our Phra Khanong location. Together with your team, you’ll be hands-on and friendly, helping our guests feel relaxed, welcome, safe, and informed. You will be integral to delivering memorable customer experiences and support the team in day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Check-in guests and guide them through the Ice House experience in a warm, friendly manner, providing information about the venue and our packages
- Handle payments and booking requests via phone, LINE, email, or in-person
- Train guests on how to safely and effectively do ice baths
- Make coffee and serve beverages to guests when needed
- Assist our receptionist, maids, and outside staff with small tasks when needed
- Share important guest feedback with the management and suggest ways to improve guest experience
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone friendly, reliable, with a strong service mindset and great communication skills
- Responsible and organized, with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable with hands-on work to support a small, growing team
- A fluent Thai speaker with good English (to assist international guests)
- Passionate about wellness or fitness, or someone who enjoys a healthy lifestyle
- Some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
If you’re new to ice baths – that’s ok! We’ll guide you through your first one and train you on everything you need to know.
