Job Mission:
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition to support the fast-growing expansion of Bread Ahead Thailand and CHICHA San Chen Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for store, kitchen, bakery, service, and operations positions.
- Post job ads, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate onboarding, employment documents, and new joiner preparation.
- Track probation, training attendance, and onboarding completion.
- Support basic HR operations and employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years+ of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in F&B recruitment preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Able to work fast and manage multiple openings at the same time.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and hands-on.
- Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-growing company.
Location: (Sindhorn Building) Witthayu, Bangkok
