The company was established in 2018 with the objective of working in Media, covering strategic planning, optimization, and development to enhance the efficiency of new platforms. Additionally, there has been growth in the areas of KOL’s & Influencers, as well as various Social commerce initiatives to support market growth.
We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to learn about new media formats and new business opportunities from selling through online channels that are continuously developing, and people who have the ability to apply and create learning simultaneously. Furthermore, we are also developing efficient work support systems to help reduce the workload of employees, as well as enhance learning and development at a faster pace. This is because media and commerce today represent the future for all brands and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Lead KOL and influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers who align with brand values and campaign objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners
- Negotiate favorable terms with influencers and media platforms to maximize ROI
- Implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor and analyze media metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and placement strategies
- Create compelling briefs and creative direction for influencer collaborations
- Develop content optimization strategies across various platforms to enhance engagement
- Stay current with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online media or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaign management
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure optimal partnership terms
- Creative mindset with talent for developing innovative content concepts
- Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders and team members
- Analytical thinking with ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new media formats and platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Experience with social commerce and conversion optimization preferred
- Proficiency in relevant analytics tools and social media platforms
