About the Role
At LOVA Hospitality, we believe marketing should always be in motion. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Ads Specialist who’s constantly searching for new angles, loves
testing ideas, and brings a fresh, innovative approach to digital advertising. If you enjoy implementing new strategies and making data-driven decisions, this role is for you.
You will manage our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google (Search, PMax, Display), while supporting SEO and visibility. You’ll work under the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate with our creative and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google
- Manage Google Business Profiles and support SEO improvements
- Analyze results and provide clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest new campaign angles, promotions, and seasonal ideas
- Work closely with designers and content creators for ad assets
- Stay on top of digital ad trends and platform updates
- Monitor competitors and find new ways to stand out
- Keep campaigns active, tested, and constantly evolving
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience with Meta & Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into decisions
- Good understanding of Thai digital audience and trends
- Up to date with latest digital ad formats, targeting tools, and SEO basics
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented
- F&B or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
