Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Campaign & Performance Marketer who thrives at the intersection of digital campaigns and real-world results. This role goes beyond managing ads—you will also drive on-site promotional strategy, support sales enablement for our wellness consultants, and help optimize both online and offline bookings. You’ll work cross-functionally to design campaigns, promotions, and performance strategies that directly grow company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
    • Align campaigns with service launches, promotional themes, and customer insights
    • Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Digital Advertising & Paid Media
    • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns with clear performance goals
    • Optimize ad sets through audience targeting, creative testing, and budget scaling
    • Monitor ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates to drive lead efficiency
  • Promotions Strategy (Online & On-Site)
    • Plan and execute on-site promotions that drive walk-ins, re-bookings, and package purchases
    • Collaborate with clinic and consultant teams to roll out seasonal or service-based offers
    • Ensure promotional materials (offline and online) are well-aligned and conversion-focused
  • Sales Enablement & Wellness Consultant Support
    • Work with wellness consultants to provide sales talking points, offer scripts, and selling tools
    • Analyze service booking trends to develop upselling strategies for target services
    • Provide monthly training insights or tools to improve consultation conversion rates
    • Track and evaluate offline booking performance and walk-in conversions
  • Platform Partnerships & Performance Listings
    • Manage Mediwelle’s presence on wellness booking platforms such as ClassPass, Megatix and others
    • Coordinate platform promotions, featured placements, and limited-time offers to drive bookings
    • Track platform performance metrics (click-throughs, redemptions, reviews) and suggest optimizations
    • Ensure all listings, service descriptions, and pricing are accurate and aligned with ongoing campaigns
    • Collaborate with account managers from platforms to secure visibility and conversion-focused opportunities
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Consolidate data from online platforms and in-clinic CRM to evaluate full-funnel performance
    • Generate insights on customer behaviors, booking triggers, and promotion impact
    • Use findings to refine campaign targeting, content, and future promotional strategies
  • Market Trends & Campaign Innovation
    • Keep updated with aesthetic/wellness industry benchmarks, competitor promotions, and digital media trends
    • Recommend new marketing channels or offline touch points to reach high-value customers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing
  • Experience managing both online campaigns and offline/retail promotions
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, digital platforms, and customer behavior
  • Data-literate: confident in analyzing metrics from Meta, Google, and in-house systems
  • Excellent collaboration skills: can work across creative, clinical, and sales teams
  • Strong project management and communication abilities
  • Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or retail service environments is a major plus
  • Fluent in Thai and English
