Watch.Fun | Luxury Watch Drops
As our Creative Director, you’ll lead the visual identity, storytelling, and creative direction of Watch.fun across all platforms. You will shape how the brand feels, looks, and communicates, while guiding a team of editors, designers, and content creators. You will ensure every piece of content, from reels to campaigns to cinematics, meets the highest standard of luxury, consistency, and brand positioning across the Watch.fun universe.
As our Instagram Content Manager, you will help grow Watch.fun by creating Instagram content that reaches the right people, gets shared, and brings new users to our platform. You will post daily short-form videos, review their results each week, and guide editors on what to improve. Your goal is to keep Watch.fun viral, exciting, and consistently on-brand ensuring our content stands out and converts views into real users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and post daily short-form videos on Reels, feed, and Stories.
- Make content that reaches the right people, gets shared, and attracts new users to Watch.fun.
- Review weekly performance and share results and insights with the team.
- Guide video editors on what to improve or change for the next week.
- Work with the videographer and editors to plan and review all Instagram content before it goes live.
- Test new video styles, hooks, and pacing to improve watch time, retention and virality.
- Write captions, schedule posts, and manage the full Instagram publishing workflow.
- Track key metrics such as reach, saves, shares, watch time, and follower growth.
- Update and improve the Instagram strategy each week using real performance data.
- Manage Stories and Highlights to build a strong brand presence.
- Research luxury brands and new visual trends to keep the content fresh.
- Maintain a content backlog to ensure we always have content ready to post.
- Coordinate with the TikTok, X, and marketing teams to align on campaigns and launches.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience managing Instagram for luxury, lifestyle, or creative brands.
- Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts through structured, performance-driven strategies.
- Strong sense of style and design, with experience building luxury-focused Instagram pages.
- Clear understanding of Reels pacing, retention mechanics, and performance drivers.
- Deep interest in luxury products such as fashion, jewelry, watches, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and content psychology.
- Comfortable directing visual identity and curating brand tone.
- Skilled in short-form editing feedback, pacing, and visual trend adaptation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing Instagram analytics and content performance.
- High attention to detail in visuals, timing, and copy.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
