We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for a variety of clients, ensuring that their goals are met and exceeded. You will lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
- Participate in pitches and presentations to acquire new projects and expand the agency’s client base.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and ROI to clients.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for clients based on their specific business goals, target audience, and market conditions.
- Manage and allocate the client’s marketing budget effectively across various campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Develop and execute media plans, negotiate with media vendors, and optimize ad placements to achieve campaign goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, digital, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, IT, MIS or related fields
- Strong Academic Record GPA 3.00 or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing/AE function
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate potential leadership capability, growth mindset and high learning agility
- Be strategic thinker, innovative with lots of creativity Ideas
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
