Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, stock, and pricing on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, company website)
- Coordinate online campaigns, flash sales, and promotions with platform partners and internal teams
- Handle orders, returns, and customer inquiries to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for both online and offline channels
- Collaborate with retail partners (e.g., Watsons, Beautrium, Konvy, Eveandboy) for stock delivery, promotion setup, and product display execution Watsons, Beautrium, Konvy, Eveandboy
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and assist in sales target planning
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure correct merchandising and brand visibility
- Support trade marketing activities, such as shelf arrangement and in-store promotions
- Research market trends and competitive activities across e-commerce and retail channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or trade marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
- Experience working with modern trade or beauty retail partners is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of POSM materials, merchandising, and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Good command of Thai and basic English communication skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
