Nicole Jewelry is a fast-growing Thai jewelry brand known for its quality, craftsmanship, and elegant everyday designs. After building a strong foundation in Chiang Mai, we are ready to expand nationally—and we’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager in Bangkok to help us grow across Thailand and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping how Nicole Jewelry presents itself online, connects with customers, and drives sales. You will be responsible for both creative strategy and sales performance across all digital channels.
Strategy & Campaigns
- Lead marketing campaigns for product and collection launches
- Be involved in naming, storytelling, and positioning of new collections
- Plan and execute product promotions across all channels
- Align marketing strategy with brand direction and sales goals
Channel & Content Management:
- Oversee Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LINE, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Coordinate content calendars and work closely with content creators and freelancers
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals and messaging
Engagement & Brand Building:
- Manage influencer and brand collaborations
- Build meaningful engagement with our audience to grow brand loyalty
Sales Responsibility:
- Be responsible for online sales performance across all platforms
- Collaborate with the team to optimize product listings and promotions
- Analyze trends and customer behavior to increase conversions
Reporting & Insights:
- Report on sales, engagement, and marketing performance
- Use data to drive improvements and inform future campaignsWhat
We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or social media management
- Ready to step into a senior role with more ownership
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding and visual identity
- Strategic mindset with attention to both creativity and results
- Confident managing multiple projects and leading campaign execution
- Based in Bangkok and available for a hybrid work setup
