Job Description
- Develop and create marketing strategies for social media based on current trends and consumer behavior also offline event.
- Market analysis including competitors insight, customer behavior and develop content ideas to drive sales.
- Monitor our social media platform engagement and performance. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
- Craft campaign and promotion plan to align with seasonality and target.
- Manage KOL / influencer collaboration.
- Summarize campaign performance with improvement plan to report management level.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from marketing, business administration, communication arts.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing specialist or equivalent role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Understand social media mechanics such as Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads.
- Have creativity with open minded and willing to explore.
