Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at theCOMMONS. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our community, drive engagement, and build meaningful connections between our visitors, tenants, and partners.
This role blends creativity and execution, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, planning, activations, and bringing ideas to life.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing the annual brand and marketing plan for theCOMMONS Cloud 11.
  • Manage content creation and brand communication for Cloud 11’s social media, event, and onsite channels.
  • Plan and execute promotions and marketing activities, including CRM programs and co- promotions with the mall and tenants.
  • Coordinate community events and activations with the Brand Manager and Event Specialist to drive engagement and traffic and build community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collaterals and ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and partners to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee creative coordination with designers, writers, photographers, and Ads optimizer through Asana to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly brand reports to analyze key performance metrics, providing insights for brand development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related fields (content creation, digital marketing, marketing communication, etc) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to handle challenges.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for social media trends, marketing, and adaptability to industry changes.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, curiosity, and self-discipline.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for community building.
