MODCO Jobs (mod—co.com) is Bangkok’s go-to job platform for creative and design professionals — connecting top-tier designers, art directors, and creative talents with leading brands and agencies across Thailand.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll own our paid and organic growth channels — running Meta/Instagram ads, TikTok ads, and building our SEO presence — with the goal of growing both job seekers and employer traffic on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram (Meta Ads) and TikTok Ads
- Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing of creatives and copy
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates — and report weekly
- Collaborate on ad creative direction (static, video, motion) aligned with MODCO’s visual identity
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research relevant to design jobs, creative careers, and hiring in Thailand
- On-page SEO: optimize job listing pages, meta tags, content structure
- Build content strategy to improve domain authority and organic traffic
- Track rankings and traffic via Google Search Console / Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking via Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics 4
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities across channels
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools
- Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
- Bonus: familiarity with the creative/design industry or job platform space
- Bonus: can brief or produce short-form video content for TikTok
