Graze | Café & Restaurant – Japanese-inspired brunch
Graze began as a passion project between two sisters, growing sustainable, healthy produce on a small farm in Sri Thep to support the local community. What started with sharing fresh harvests with friends and family grew into a dream to make ethical, affordable, and delicious food more accessible. Graze is our way of bringing that same goodness to your plate-brunch made with care, from farm to table.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training to maintain consistent service quality.
- Deliver excellent guest experiences: greet and interact with customers, provide menu recommendations, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and suppliers to maintain stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food costs, control inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with owners and the marketing team to plan promotions, host events, and provide feedback on operational improvements.
- Communicate effectively with both staff and guests; basic English proficiency required.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Contract (3-month probation) 6 days per week with 1 day off
