About the Role:

VIBES LAB helps Hotels smell, sound, and feels memorable. Guests don’t remember brochures. They remember moments: a welcoming scent, the right music, a thoughtful gesture. At VIBES LAB, we design these moments, so your brand is felt in the subconscious, not just the signage.
Your impact will be measured by how well you translate a client’s identity, how confidently you consult on customer journey improvements, and how consistently you deliver quality—from concept to quarterly brand audit reports. Success in this role means clients stay longer, trust us more, and recognize VIBES LAB as their brand curator—not just a supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete Brand Experience, for hotel and corporate clients, ensuring both functional excellence and brand alignment
- Find New Customers for interested in Branding!
- Plan scent test schedules and brand audits in advance, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and technicians
- Brand Audit report to submit clients every quarter
- Offer Branded Consultations to help clients improve their Brand Communications through customer journeys.
- Deliver high-quality quarterly brand audit reports that reflect strong insight and are suitable for CEO-level presentation
- Maintain a consistent monthly Sales Visit Plan rhythm to avoid reactive, day-by-day execution
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in branding, hospitality, luxury retail, or architectures.
- Strong eye for fashion, architecture, interior design, and how they influence brand experience
- Excellent planning and project execution skills
- Confident communicator, capable of leading client meetings and providing strategic advice
Salary: 35,000++ /per month
