Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager to lead our B2C brands. You won’t just manage campaigns, you will own the entire marketing engine, driving brand equity and commercial success through a content-led, data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Lead and execute a digital-first, end-to-end marketing strategy with full ownership of brand growth, overseeing content, digital, and media functions to drive measurable business impact.
    • Set clear strategic direction and ensure strong alignment across marketing initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Brand & Campaign Execution
    • Brand Identity: Build a distinctive brand presence and recognizable persona to strengthen emotional connection.
    • 360° Campaigns: Lead end-to-end planning across Digital, Social, PR, KOL, CRM, and In-store channels.
    • Content Ecosystem: Own the content strategy across all platforms to ensure a strong brand voice and performance impact.
    • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end new product launches from planning and positioning to PR, market execution, and post-launch optimization.
  • Channel Strategy & Market Execution
    • Own overall retail and e-commerce strategy, ensuring strong alignment with commercial targets and revenue objectives.
    • Develop and lead channel-specific activation roadmaps that translate strategy into measurable sales impact.
    • Drive digital activations, paid media, CRM programs, and account-level initiatives, continuously optimizing performance to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
  • Performance & Financial Management
    • P&L Ownership: Strategically allocate A&P budget with disciplined cost control and resource allocation.
    • Data Insights & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (Brand Health, Engagement, Sales Impact, ROAS, Conversion) and transform raw data into structured reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG or consumer-facing brands.
  • Background: Open to candidates from both In-house and Agency backgrounds who can demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and brand-building expertise.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to scale brands (from 0 to 1, or 1 to 10) with measurable success.
  • The Hybrid Skillset: Strong analytical prowess (data-driven) balanced with a “creative eye”.
  • Expertise: Solid understanding of both Retail and E-commerce landscapes is a must.
