Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies, build content calendars that support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and LINE OA
- Transform ideas into standout campaigns that capture attention and spark engagement
- Develop fresh content concepts for social media, ensuring every touchpoint feels on-brand and visually cohesive.
- Research, reach out and coordinate with influencers/KOL to boost brand visibility and support launch momentum.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (sales, engagement, conversions), turning insights into actionable improvements for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or the fashion/creative industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and e-commerce
- Able to plan marketing strategies and develop campaigns and content in a structured way
- Creative with a strong understanding of brand and storytelling. Able to brief and collaborate effectively with content and design teams to ensure all deliverables align with the planned strategy and timeline.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into insights
- Basic experience with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Passionate about fashion, jewelry, creativity, and brand building
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (WFH / FRIDAY) 10:00 – 18:00 น.
