Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven social media & marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and creative skills with hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and sales.
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice. Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital (website, email, Google, e-commerce, display) and offline channels, while managing customer communications promptly and professionally.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and media partners to expand brand reach.
- Actively engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and incorporate them into strategy.
- Marketing
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business development, design, sales, and leadership — to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Support promotional events, trade shows, and product launches, including the development of marketing collateral.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, data-driven reports.
- Excellent command of English; open to all nationalities. Work permit and visa support provided if required.
