Happy People Studio is a dynamic and creative design studio committed to spreading happiness through art, fashion, interior styling and innovative products. We are seeking a talented studio manager to join our team and contribute to our vision of creating joyful and captivating designs.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Studio Manager to join our team. You must be skilled in project management, project representation, and budget control, with a fundamental understanding of interior styling design.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Team Liasion : Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
- Project Management : Oversee project pricing, revenue forecasting, billing, and cost control, managing timelines and resources.
- Studio Operation Optimization: Steamline and enhance studio workflow; track project statuses, milestones, and deliverables. Resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day studio operations.
- Artist Management: Manage artist Pomme Chan’s fine art sales and archiving, client relattions, partnership negotiations, international agency coordination, exhibition planning, and personal brand image management.
- Interior Design Integration: Coordinate with interior styling design. Work closely with the creative team to ensure works are compatible with site dimensions, material specifications, and the overall aesthetic of the space. This includes overseeing finishing, managing budgets, and ensuring a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Illustration, or a related field will be given special consideration.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Project Management or Management Field.
- Proven experience in team leading, project management and clitent relations, preferably in a creative agency or studio. (age between 30 – 35 Years)
- Excelleent Communication and presentation skills (Confident in English, both writing and speaking)
- High energy, positive “can do attitude”.
