Happy People Studio | Art & Design Studio
Mission:
- Client and Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
- Project Management : Oversee project pricing, revenue forecasting, billing, and cost control, managing timelines and resources.
- Studio Operations Optimization: Streamline and enhance studio workflows; track project statuses, milestones, and deliverables. Resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth day-to-day studio operations.
- Artist Management : Manage artist Pomme Chan’s fine art sales and archiving, client relations, partnership negotiations, international agency coordination, exhibition planning, and personal brand image management.
Qualification:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Account and Project management fields.
- Proven experience in team leading, project management, and client relations, preferably in a creative agency or studio.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Art, Design, Business).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident in English, both writing and speaking
- High energy, positive “can do” attitude, and results-driven.
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 (Negotiable)
Working Hours: 10.30-18.30 Mon – Fri (WFH Negotiable after Probation)
