Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and direction across ventures.
- Build and evolve brand narratives across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Oversee high-quality content and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and venture teams to align outputs with business goals.
- Track cultural trends to keep the brand relevant.
- Present concepts to leadership and stakeholders confidently.
- Inspire and mentor creative talent while balancing strategic and hands-on work.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years creative industry experience and 2+ years leadership managing creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, storytelling, and campaign execution.
- Experience in multi-channel campaigns and brand building/rebranding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; video, animation, or AI tools a plus.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments; proactive and creative.
