Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Food & Marketing Associate to join our team at EGAO. This role is ideal for someone young, energetic, and deeply in love with food. You will work closely with our team to enhance our food offerings, support marketing efforts, and analyze customer preferences to elevate our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Engagement:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for EGAO.
- Manage social media content, ensuring engaging and food-focused storytelling.
- Capture photos and videos of dishes, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer experiences.
- Coordinate with influencers, food bloggers, and key partners for collaborations.
- Help plan and execute special events, promotions, and theme nights.
- Food Research & Development (R&D):
- Explore and test new menu items, focusing on flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Research food trends, ingredients, and innovative culinary concepts to keep our menu fresh.
- Work with the kitchen team to refine existing dishes and develop unique offerings.
- Conduct tasting sessions and provide feedback on potential new dishes.
Analysis & Strategy:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve menu offerings and dining experiences.
- Monitor sales data and identify trends in popular dishes.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in menu pricing strategies based on customer demand and cost analysis.

Salary: 30K-40K THB
