Thai genderless fine jewelry brandbased in Bangkok. The designs combine
edginess with understated elegance, handcrafted in limited quantities by Thai artisans to minimize overproduction. The brand has gained international recognition and continues to expand through global stockists such as MR Porter
and Selfridges, among others.
Role Overview
The General Manager (GM) will oversee retail, operations, logistics, e-commerce, and wholesale, ensuring all functions work together seamlessly while upholding the brand’s standards of service and client experience. This role is central to building structure and accountability within the team, supporting growth, and keeping operations running smoothly so the brand can scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functions across retail, operations, e-commerce, logistics, and wholesale.
- Manage performance, streamline workflows, across different teams.
- Ensure smooth workflows and uphold client experience standards.
- Monitor retail and digital sales processes to ensure accuracy.
- Review reports (sales, wholesale, expenses) and present insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with the Founder on campaigns, launches, and production timelines.
- Lead planning and execution of in-store events and activations.
Qualifications
- Native Thai speaker with strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
- Confident in leading a small team and ensuring team efficiency.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable overseeing multiple functions (store, logistics, operations, e-comm, wholesale).
- Able to problem-solve and manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Deep interest in the brand and commitment to building with us.
