Role Overview
Lead Babycakes’ end-to-end marketing execution by driving high-impact campaigns, maintaining brand excellence, and guiding the team toward measurable business growth.
This role balances strategy, creative direction, performance insight, and people leadership in a fast-moving consumer brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Management
    • Plan and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (product launches, seasonal moments, brand initiatives).
    • Develop and manage the marketing calendar and cross-channel communication plans.
    • Ensure all campaigns have clear business objectives and contribute to sales growth.
    • Manage KOL collaborations, paid media (Meta, TikTok, etc.), and partner activations within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
    • Track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance with clear improvement recommendations.
  • Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
    • Maintain Babycakes’ brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Oversee content quality and creative execution across IG, TikTok, and digital platforms.
    • Guide visual and storytelling direction for both daily content and major launches.
    • Develop clear creative briefs for campaigns and product launches.
    • Collaborate with Product/R&D to ensure launches align with brand concept and storytelling.
    • Review key creative materials and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Digital Performance & Future Growth
    • Monitor performance across social media, paid media, and early-stage digital channels.
    • Track key metrics: reach, engagement, conversion, retention, ROI.
    • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.
    • Drive data-based testing, targeting, and budget optimization.
    • Support the development of future marketing growth initiatives as the team and tools evolve.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to the marketing team.
    • Set clear priorities, expectations, and timelines.
    • Review marketing plans, calendars, and key creative work before release.
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

Job Specifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Analytics) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with focus on campaigns, brand, or digital marketing.
    • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
    • Strong background in social media, paid media, and performance analysis.
    • Experience managing creative processes and providing clear creative direction.
    • Prior exposure to consumer brands, F&B, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
    • Experience working cross-functionally and with agencies/partners.
    • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
  • Functional Competencies:
    • Strong campaign planning, execution, and optimization skills.
    • Clear understanding of brand identity, visual communication, and creative quality.
    • Proficiency in digital and performance marketing with data interpretation ability.
    • Excellent communication skills for briefing, reviewing, and aligning teams.

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development mindset.
    • Analytical, structured problem-solver with practical decision-making ability.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in prioritization.
    • Acts with professionalism and represents Babycakes as a brand ambassador.
