Responsibilties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for the assigned product segments to achieve the short-to-long term business goals, in both domestic and export markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing activities and enhance consumer experience.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate brand performance parameters against targets, and propose actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor movements. Lead to conduct relevant market research and gather insights to initiate impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
- Ensure consistent brand-name communication across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Coach and develop marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven working environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Communication, or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience in marketing role in FMCG industry.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and performance analytics.
- Pet food market and consumer insights.
- Understanding of media environment (both offline and online) through consumers’ eyes.
