Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall brand image and positioning across all product categories.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
- Develop and launch special campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
- Establish strategic marketing plans and sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and allocate the overall marketing budget, including influencer partnerships, advertising campaigns, production shoots, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct market trend analysis and evaluate the current landscape of cosmetics, skincare, and dietary supplements.
- Analyze competitors to identify opportunities and enhance the brand’s competitive edge.
- Assess and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and team outcomes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define KPIs for the marketing team and conduct performance evaluations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong background in cosmetics, skincare, dietary supplements, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Solid knowledge of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and brand management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, self-driven with can do attitude.
Salary: 60k-100k THB
Location: Lat Phrao 122 / Soi Ramkhamhaeng 65, Bangkok
