Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our restaurant/food brand. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with technical know-how—leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and digital channels to grow traffic, engagement, and revenue across our F&B outlets. You will own the full marketing funnel—from brand storytelling and campaign execution to CRM, performance analysis, and content creation—while constantly experimenting and optimizing through insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Management
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy (online + offline) aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle campaigns: concept → execution → performance analysis → optimization
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with guest experience and brand goals
- Identify and promote strategic events, partnerships, and promotions that drive traffic and revenue
- Digital Marketing, AI Tools & Automation
- Lead performance marketing initiatives: paid search, paid social, display, email automation
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, Meta’s Advantage+) for content creation, copywriting, and campaign ideation
- Set up marketing automations for email flows, CRM segmentation, social scheduling, and chatbots
- Manage website updates and optimize for conversions, SEO, and UX
- A/B test content, offers, and messaging using AI and analytics tools to improve CTR, ROI, and retention
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs and marketing performance across all channels (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to extract insights and optimize strategies
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign effectiveness and areas for growth
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively
- Content Creation & Brand Communication
- Manage content production including photo/video shoots, visual assets, and promotional collaterals
- Collaborate with agencies or freelancers as needed to scale creative output
- Oversee all social media accounts; guide content calendar, tone of voice, and community engagement
- Ensure consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all channels and materials
- PR, Influencer & Media Relations
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs to secure brand visibility and coverage
- Plan and host influencer events, tasting sessions, and media launches
- Draft press releases, media kits, and handle incoming media requests
- Track press mentions and evaluate brand sentiment
- Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Build and maintain a rich customer database through campaigns, sign-ups, and integrations
- Run segmented email campaigns and loyalty programs using AI/CRM tools
- Be present at key events or busy periods, serving as a visible brand ambassador
- Work with operations teams to collect feedback and improve guest experience
- Promotional Planning
- Plan and coordinate annual promotions and key seasonal campaigns with outlet teams
- Roll out promotions across platforms with cohesive branding and messaging
- Ensure all offers and events are communicated clearly across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong experience in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge of AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Copy.ai, etc.)
- Experience using analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written) – essential for local and international campaign execution
- Strong content development and visual branding skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, creative, and service-driven environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with video editing, photography, or motion graphics
- Familiarity with restaurant tech (POS systems, reservation platforms, CRM integrations)
- Strong eye for design and UX
