Nakamol Jewelry supports over underprivileged families in Thailand by providing a better work environment, jobs, education, and resources. This allows our staff to keep the family unit whole.

Job Description:
- Drive growth of online sales through performance marketing, campaign planning, and content strategy.
- Collaborate with retail teams to align in-store promotions with digital marketing efforts.
- Lead content creation across social media and ad campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Shopee/Lazada ads, Google Ads, and Shopify is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with design/content teams.
