Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our brand. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of marketing experience who is passionate about fitness, fashion, and lifestyle. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives
- Brand Building: Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity across online and offline touchpoints
- Digital Marketing: Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, and influencer/KOL collaborations to drive awareness and engagement
- Creative Innovation: Generate fresh, data-driven ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and promotions to drive growth and foster brand community
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and partnerships
- Event Marketing: Design and execute experiential events to connect with customers
- Team & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, design, sales, and operation) as well as external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (experience in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industries preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer/KOL marketing
- Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution
- Creative and analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable ideas
- Passion for activewear, fitness, and lifestyle trends
