Job Description
- Plan, develop, and manage new product collections in line with brand strategy and fashion trends.
- Maintain technical packs/spec sheets/BOMs and communicate details to factories and suppliers.
- Source and negotiate with manufacturers, fabric mills, and suppliers to achieve optimal quality, pricing, and lead times.
- Oversee the sample development process (proto, fit, pre-production) through to bulk production.
- Manage production timelines, capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery for all styles.
- Track and manage production costs and budgets, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, warehouse) to align production schedules with launch plans.
- Evaluate vendor performance and implement improvements in sourcing and production processes.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Product Development, Production, or Sourcing within the apparel industry (E-Commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes (pattern making, fitting, grading, materials).
- Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets; experience with ERP/PLM systems is advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)

- Salary: 38,000 per month, Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
