Role Overview:
Manage all of the company’s social media channels, from posting content and responding to customer inquiries to data analysis and driving sales through online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Community Management
  • Reply to comments on all platforms.
  • Responding to Inbox and Direct Messages.
  • Manage online customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and forward leads to the sales department.
• Content Management
  • Post content according to the Content Calendar.
  • Verify the accuracy before publishing.
  • Schedule posts across all platforms.
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Live Commerce Support
  • Manage your shopping cart during a live stream.
  • Monitor the Live Stream
  • Help resolve any immediate problems during the live stream.
  • Manage products, promotions, and discount codes.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • View the dashboard for all platforms.
  • Analyze Reach, Engagement, CTR, and Conversion.
  • Weekly and monthly summary reports.
  • Suggest ways to improve outcomes.
• Advertising Support
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze advertising results.
  • Allocate an initial budget.
  • Work with the Creative team to develop content that generates sales.
• E-commerce Support
  • Manage TikTok Shop.
  • Manage Shopee and various marketplaces.
  • Updating product information, promotions, and store details.
  • Check sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Understand all social media platforms.
• You can use Meta Business Suite.
• You can use TikTok Shop.
• Read the dashboard and view the summarized data.
• Meticulous
• They have good communication skills.
• Candidates with experience managing e-commerce business pages or conducting live product sales will be given special consideration.
