Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-minded individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items when asked
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and report to the supervisor/manager if necessary
- Support the team with daily opening and closing duties
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently
Requirements:
- Must be Thai nationality 🇹🇭
- Friendly, polite, and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic service knowledge (training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage (but not required)
- 20-29 years of age
Basic Salary: THB 12,000 – 15,000 (based on experience)
Nationality: Thai only
Working Hours: 2 shifts, 8 hours per shift
Day Off: 1 day off per week
Meal: 1 duty meal provided per working day
Location: Degree Square 1980 Phetchaburi, Bangkok
