Job Descriptions
- Tenant Relations
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are supported
- Be the go-to person for tenant marketing coordination and communications
- Keep tenants informed about events and community activities, ensuring they feel engaged and included
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries or concerns, providing timely solutions
- Observe community dynamics and share ideas to improve tenant satisfaction
- Community Initiatives
- Oversee and maintain shared community initiatives (e.g., Water Station, Herb Garden, Game Station, Recycling Station)
- Regularly check and ensure these spaces are functional, clean, and inviting
- Coordinate with the Operations team and external partners for upkeep and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant areas such as Tenant relations, Community Management, Event Coordination, Hospitality, or Account/Partnership Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Thai & English)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to occasionally work off-hours; responsive via phone/text/email when needed
Work location office: theCOMMONS Thonglor, ThongLor 17 Alley, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok
(Work that requires leaving the area all the time.)
