Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Strategy & Revenue Growth across all business units
- Work closely with Founder to drive overall business direction and execution
- Build and scale Ready-to-Wear (RTW) as a core pillar of the brand
- Elevate the Customized / MTM experience from consultation to fitting, QC, and delivery
- Develop and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems to improve efficiency and reduce lead time
- Lead Brand, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and Paid Media direction with a data-driven mindset
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, OKRs, and KPI dashboards
- Build and lead a strong, aligned team with a high-ownership culture
- Strengthen operational structure to support long-term expansion and scalability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles ( fashion / retail / luxury / e-commerce preferred )
- Strong background in business strategy, operations, or brand management
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Proven experience managing P&L and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Proven experience in P&L ownership, business strategy, product, or marketing
- A strategic thinker with hands-on execution and fast decision-making ability
- Have a positive & growth mindset, take action quickly, and be brave enough to make decisions
- Takes ownership of quality control before work reaches clients
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence
- Solid understanding of production, merchandising, or RTW/Custom workflow at a structural level
