Responsibilties:
- Oversee the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies and implementation plans aligned with the short- and longer-term goals of company.
- Design CRM strategies and initiatives aimed to drive consumer engagement, gain new ‘consumer base, as well as nurture and foster brand loyalty among existing consumers.
- Engage with senior leaders across all functions and inform stakeholders of any opportunities and risks that may influence marketing performance.
- Manage and review marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish branding guidelines and standards for marketing operations and collaborations.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers, agencies, and professional partners.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising and communication, or related fields.
- More than 15 years of marketing experience in FMCG industry, including a minimum of 5 years at the senior management level.
- Leadership and building team rapport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Influencing and persuasion skills.
