Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities 
according to marketing plan including CSR.
  • Formulate the company’s overall market work plan and propose 
marketing activities, brand, public relations activities.
  • Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the food 
and bakery category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the customer’s needs domestically and internationally.
  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions 
are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.
  • Integrated marketing mix strategies (IMC/ 360/ Digital/ Retail) and create 
the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences including finding distribution channels for products 
both domestically and internationally.
  • Mobilize and work with other departments and partner agencies 
to build broader business strategy.
  • Make recommendations on media, implement media, 
collaborations and promotion plans such as pop-up store.
  • Ensure consistency of plan in all touch points online, offline, in-store and throughout.
  • To develop and the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, 
including developing and managing websites, social media channels, viral marketing campaigns and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy.
  • Track and report on performance of all marketing activities, and optimize spend 
to ensure healthy ROI on marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing manager from food, bakery, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, 
consumer behavior , and brand management.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret market data and insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally 
and drive alignment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, 
creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
