KINN Bangkok is a digital advertising partner specializing in boosting brand digital presence with short-form videos and effective social media marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and new opportunities.
- Project Executions & Management:
- Work with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects of campaigns are executed effectively.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during campaign development or delivery.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide clients with regular performance reports.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide all information to internal team as well as input how improve future campaigns.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional agency services.
- Propose and pitch new ideas, services, or campaign enhancements to clients, helping to grow accounts.
- Team Collaboration:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in English and Thai, with written and verbal communication skills.
