OLYA is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to drive content creation, support sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and long-term brand positioning.
- Optimize product presentation, storytelling, and content to improve conversion
- Define key messages, brand story, tone of voices and communication guidelines to ensure a seamless brand visual across all platforms
- Lead the creative and marketing team to ensure all content aligns with OLYA’s identity while meeting strategic marketing objectives.
- Oversee and provide final approval for all creative assets to ensure high-quality standards, brand consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources across paid ads, influencer partnerships, and production to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sales growth.
- Support and execute marketing campaign such as events, collaboration, and influencer seedings
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and platform algorithm changes to keep OLYA at the forefront of the beauty/lifestyle market.
- Implementing marketing process/ model to optimize marketing plan
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in Marketing, Brand Management, or Content Strategy—ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and take full ownership of marketing outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, including Canva, CapCut, and social media native analytics. Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads is a significant plus.
- Language: Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Goal-driven, highly organized, and proactive. A problem-solver who can turn data into actionable creative strategies.
