Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Strategy
    • Oversee the TikTok content calendar, aligning posts and campaigns with product launches, promotions, and store events.
    • Analyze trends, hooks, and storytelling formats that reflect YVIS’s tone.
    • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure content consistency, engagement growth, and brand alignment.
    • Work with content creators to develop on-brand, trend-driven videos that  strengthen awareness and storytelling impact.
  • Ads & Performance Marketing
    • Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Ads to achieve sales goals and ROI targets.
    • Manage ad budgets, creative testing, and performance reports (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA).
    • Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies for ad optimization and scaling.
    • Continuously experiment with creative hooks, ad formats, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Affiliate, Live Streamer & Creator Management
    • Manage three key TikTok growth segments: Affiliates, Live Streamers, and Content Creators.
    • Affiliates: Build and maintain the YVIS Affiliate network — recruit, onboard, brief, and track performance of commission-based creators.
    • Live Streamers: Source, manage, and coordinate streamers to promote and sell YVIS products through TikTok Shop Live.
    • Develop and manage incentive plans to drive performance 
and achieve sell-through targets.
    • Analyze creator and streamer results to optimize collaborations.
    • Work closely with the PR & KOL team to align influencer 
partnerships and campaign goals across all three segments.
  • Sales & TikTok Shop
    • Oversee TikTok Shop campaigns, including live sales, vouchers, 
bundles, and platform promotions.
    • Ensure product listings, pricing, and visuals are optimized for conversion and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to plan live stream calendars, coordinate stock readiness, and ensure strong promotional alignment.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze conversion data, and propose optimization strategies to increase sell-through and TikTok GMV.
  • Data & Insights
    • Track weekly analytics on content reach, engagement, 
conversion, and creator performance.
    • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights 
for growth and efficiency.
    • Continuously test new ad formats, content types, 
and affiliate strategies to scale platform performance.
    • Report key findings and recommendations to management 
for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, 
or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in social media marketing or TikTok Shop management — preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven success in growing TikTok channels, managing ads, 
and driving measurable conversions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using TikTok Ads 
Manager, Google Analytics, or equivalent performance tools.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and 
storytelling formats that drive engagement and sales.
  • Experience in managing affiliate programs, live streamers, 
and content creators.
  • Proficient in data reporting, budget control, and performance optimization (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — 
able to work across Creative,  
  • Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and adaptive to fast-changing 
social media trends.
